We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the Sicilian coastline and countryside. The upgraded room was clean and comfortable, and the views were amazing. The lido and crystal clear sea made for a fantastic beach experience. The evening meal was delicious, and the chef and bar manager were excellent. The friendly room cleaners always left our spotless room with a smile.

Dreadful hotel. The complete lack of facilities and atmosphere meant we spent the minimum amount of time at the hotel. Towels in the rooms were worn out and torn. The beach platform looked like something I had made myself and there were no refreshments or toilets available near to it. The hotel is no longer part of the nh group despite being advertised as such. There was not enough room to stand by the bed or walk round it without banging your head in the ceiling (this was a superior room!) The aircon unit was less than 1m from the bed, had to be left on all night and was very noisy Basically a total load of shit rip-off hotel that nearly ruined our honeymoon

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pools are nice and the platform by the sea is certainly unique. Good selection for breakfast.

The hotel seemed a bit deserted for the first few days we were there before the weekend arrived and there was plenty of activity. The location is poor served by an unreliable bus service and way over priced taxis. The choice of cuisine in the pool bar was poor and overpriced, there was little or no atmosphere in the hotel in the evening. The main hotel restaurant was not good for the guests who were only staying b&b, overpriced food at an average quality. The rooms do not have ironing facility, you must pay to have your ironing done, madness! The rooms were average. There are more bad points about this hotel than good points unfortunately.

We stayed at the hotel for a family event and were amazed by the incredible staff who went above and beyond. The view from our room was breathtaking, surrounded by beautiful flowers. The hotel's location and surroundings were lovely, with a huge pool overlooking the sea. Our 2.5-year-old daughter enjoyed exploring the big yards and we loved taking long walks on the hotel property. The buffet breakfast was excellent, offering a wide range of international and local cuisine. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The deck is very nice. The staff is kind. And the view is awesome.

The steep slope is a big drawback. There is no regular transport to and from reception and nowhere to park near it. The wi-fi is at reception only and of very difficult access and there is only one computer available for guests. It is far from everywhere. My room was too small and had no view. The shower was extremely tiny. The balcony was big though, so I left my suitcase there. The deck is beautiful, but they were doing regular repairs while guests were there.

Upgrade to sea view room, friendly staff, good breakfast, excellent dinner, nice swimming pools.

We had a fantastic time at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for large events such as parties or conferences. The service was exceptional, with room service, car hire, and laundry facilities available. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel had a beautiful spa and wellness center, complete with a sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. The beach access was convenient, and we enjoyed lounging in the sun on the terrace. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

During my Easter stay, I was blown away by the breathtaking views of the coastline and the nearby town of Taormina. It was such a treat to wake up to the stunning sunrise and watch the sun set over the sea every evening. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to the main road and a short drive to Taormina town for all the delicious food and entertainment options. Additionally, the hotel grounds were beautifully landscaped, with colorful flowers and plants that added to the overall charm of the place.

There were a couple of downsides to my stay. The selection was fairly limited and the food wasn't of the highest quality.
